These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RoAnalytica ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), an analytics platform for Roblox game developers. By creating an account, connecting your Roblox account, or otherwise using RoAnalytica, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are processed exclusively by RoAnalytica's secure Cloudflare Worker backend. Tokens are never stored in our database. Access tokens are held in your browser's session storage only for the duration of your active session. You may revoke RoAnalytica's OAuth access at any time via create.roblox.com/dashboard/oauth2.
You must create a RoAnalytica account using a valid email address and password, or via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You may not impersonate another person or use a false identity.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
You agree to use RoAnalytica only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:
RoAnalytica offers a free trial period for new users with limited access to certain features. The duration and terms of the free trial are subject to change.
Paid plans unlock additional features including unlimited AI focus area selections and extended history. Pricing is displayed on the RoAnalytica upgrade page. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
RoAnalytica's dashboard, AI prompts, benchmarking data, and software are owned by RoAnalytica and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without express written permission.
You retain ownership of the game data and metrics you submit. By submitting data, you grant RoAnalytica a limited license to use that data to provide the Service and, in aggregated and anonymized form, to improve our AI models.
Roblox, Robux, and related marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. RoAnalytica makes no claim to any Roblox intellectual property. References to Roblox are for descriptive purposes only.
ROANALYTICA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT AI-GENERATED INSIGHTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RESULT IN IMPROVED GAME PERFORMANCE, OR THAT DATA FETCHED FROM ROBLOX WILL BE CURRENT OR COMPLETE.
AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional business, financial, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on RoAnalytica's outputs.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROANALYTICA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ROANALYTICA IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $50 USD.
You agree to defend and hold harmless RoAnalytica from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any Roblox terms or policies, or any data you submit that is false or infringing.
RoAnalytica integrates with Roblox, Firebase, Cloudflare, and Groq. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. RoAnalytica is not responsible for the availability or practices of any third-party service.
RoAnalytica's integration with Roblox is subject to the Roblox Third Party Application Program Policy. Roblox is NOT responsible for RoAnalytica's services or any disputes arising from your use of RoAnalytica.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time and will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against RoAnalytica.
